It's been said that socialization for dogs is like a second language to us. If you don't use it , you lose it!
Puppies are very dog social from being in a litter, maintaining the sociability of your puppy with other dogs is very important . Regular play with other dogs will build your dogs confidence and improve your dogs ability to communicate and interact. It will prevent shyness, fear and aggression.
It's never too early to introduce your dog to new friends and days of fun and games.

Puppies are never too young to start daycare.
The primary and most important time for puppy socialization is the first
three months of life! This is when sociability outweighs fear.
Maintaining what they've learned in the litter is much easier than
re-introducing it later.

Appointments
Appointments may be required for your dog and will be requested by Hounds Lounge staff.
New Dog Intake
New dogs will be taken by appointment only. Appointments will be made according to mutual convenience. New dogs will be required to fulfill a half day assessment. Assessment will be discussed with owner and scheduling of appointments will then be scheduled.
Dog Drop Off
Our hours are from 7am – 6 pm and half days are 7am – 1pm or 12pm – 6 pm. Dogs being dropped off after 2:00pm will not be taken unless an appointment has been made.
